Michael, MBA and Enrolled Agent (individual authorized to represent clients before the IRS), passed the four CPA exams recently and has over 12 years of tax preparation experience, having filed more than 3000 tax returns.

Michael has experience filing tax returns for individual, S Corps, C Corps, Partnerships, Estates and Nonprofits, as well as experience responding to IRS letters and representing clients during IRS audits.  He has taken over 320 hours of continuing education in tax during the last twelve years, as well as Masters level college classes in taxation at DU and MSU Denver.  By education and experience, Michael has tax knowledge concerning retirement and tax planning, small businesses, real estate transactions including 1031 exchanges, and international taxation issues.  He was previously a small business owner for 22 years and can advise small business owners on the best legal state and tax setup  for their small business, including all the filings as required.
